FAIR - Finding innovations to Accelerate Implementation of electric Regional aviation
The main goal of the project was to develop a method for an early and efficient commercialization of regional electric aviation in the Botnia Atlantica region.
A methodology for the commercialization of electric aviation gave the Botnia Atlantica region the opportunity to realize the potential societal benefits of the new technology in an early stage. Electric aviation could create effective and sustainable communication solutions which enabled an increased collaboration between the public and private stakeholders in the region and thus a greater basis for both commercial and public services. Active participation during the project enhanced the ability of public actors to demand and develop innovative measures with the aim of realizing the benefits to society that the technological development enabled.
