The project strengthend the east-west stretch TEN-T E12 by developing knowledge, methods and analysis tools for joint border region strategic planning in the transportation area.

The objective of the project was to strengthen the east-west stretch TEN-T E12 by developing knowledge, methods and analysis tools for joint border region strategic planning in the transportation area. The project aimed to provide the region a readiness to, in the future, be able to reduce various technical, organizational and other barriers, to develop the region´s innovation and competitive capacity and to achieve sustainable regional growth. This was achieved by creating conditions for improved sustainable east-west transport links and greater exchanges between the countries.
